Common SiteGround problems and fixes
Your site shows a 500 or 503 error
This usually means the SiteGround server is overloaded or your site hit a plan limit. If SiteGround is up for everyone, turn off your newest plugin or theme change and try again.
Your site is very slow or times out
Shared servers slow down when other sites on them get busy. If it lasts more than an hour, ask SiteGround support to check your server.
You can't log in to your control panel
Clear your browser cache or try a private window. If the login page itself won't load, it's likely a SiteGround outage.
Email isn't sending or arriving
Email often runs on separate servers from your site. Check the official status page above for mail problems.
