WordPress shows a white screen or 500 error
Usually caused by a plugin or theme update, not Kinsta. Restore the last backup from your Kinsta dashboard, or turn off the newest plugin.
Your site is slow
Clear the Kinsta cache from the dashboard. If it's slow for everyone at once, check the status above.
The dashboard won't load
Your live site can stay up even when the dashboard is down. Check the official status page above.
