Common Cloudways problems and fixes
WordPress shows a white screen or 500 error
Usually caused by a plugin or theme update, not Cloudways. Restore the last backup from your Cloudways dashboard, or turn off the newest plugin.
Your site is slow
Clear the Cloudways cache from the dashboard. If it's slow for everyone at once, check the status above.
The dashboard won't load
Your live site can stay up even when the dashboard is down. Check the official status page above.
